Your free trial

Each student is eligible for one free trial class with Dwarka School of Music, across its two branches. A trial request does not reserve a guaranteed place or confirm admission.

The trial is an introduction to the academy: a walk-in tour, meet and greet, instrument trial, understanding the basics, defining learning goals, checking the schedule and discussing batch allotment.

Choose a branch and preferred time, then send your enquiry. The school confirms availability and the final arrangement. If you miss the trial, rescheduling is considered case by case, depending on availability.

Regular classes and admission

The regular class format is a small group of 4–5 students, with one hour per session, twice a week. Confirm your course, teacher, branch, batch timetable and start date with the school.

Official admission is confirmed after fees are paid in advance. An enquiry, trial or timetable discussion alone does not complete enrolment. For a learner under 18, a parent or legal guardian should handle the enquiry and admission arrangements.

Fees, payments and confirmation

A one-time registration/admission fee of ₹1,000 applies. Course fees are separate and must be confirmed with the school before payment, along with the billing period, what the fee covers and any applicable charges.

The school accepts cash and UPI. The current website has no online checkout and does not collect card details or automatically debit you. Confirm the payment recipient directly with the branch before transferring money.

The school currently acknowledges payment with a WhatsApp confirmation message, rather than a paper or email receipt. Keep that message and your UPI transaction reference, where applicable. Ask the school to confirm the amount, course, branch and period covered.

Manual renewals; no auto-renewal

There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit. Renewals are handled manually: the school sends a reminder, collects the next fee and arranges classes. Discuss continuation and the next timetable before paying.

Attendance, changes and refunds

Give at least 24 hours’ advance notice when requesting a class reschedule. Make-up classes depend on slot availability. When the school or teacher cancels a class, a make-up class is provided.

Requests to change course or branch, or pause classes, are discussed flexibly and depend on the school’s confirmation and branch availability.

The school has a no-refund policy, subject to any remedies required by applicable law. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before payment. Do not assume that a request guarantees a replacement, credit or transfer.

Online lessons

DSM online classes are ready to launch subject to the final readiness check. Contact the school to confirm whether your chosen online class has started and to agree the platform, timetable, fees, equipment, trial and technical-interruption arrangements before paying.

Your information and student media

See our Privacy Policy for how website enquiries and external services handle information. An enquiry or enrolment is not permission to send unrelated promotions or use a learner’s photograph, video or recording for publicity. Media permission is a separate decision.

Include the learner’s name, branch, course and relevant dates. For a payment query, include the amount, date and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or full bank/card details. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
