How to request a different class time, discuss a pause, or raise a payment concern.

Contact the branch at least 24 hours before your class.
Replacement times depend on an available slot.
No automatic renewal or recurring payment.
Dwarka School of Music is a partnership firm of Manoj Kumar and Akhil Chandra. Both branches operate under Dwarka School of Music.
This policy explains the school’s current trial, class-change and refund arrangements. Confirm your course fee, timetable and any specific online arrangements before paying.
There is one free trial per student. A requested date or time is provisional until the school confirms it. If you cannot attend, contact the selected branch. After a no-show, rescheduling is considered case by case, depending on availability.
Give the branch at least 24 hours’ advance notice before the scheduled start when asking to reschedule. State the learner’s name, course, original time and preferred alternative.
Make-up classes are subject to slot availability. A request does not automatically change the timetable; wait for the school to confirm a replacement. If you miss a class or give less notice, contact the branch to discuss your situation rather than assuming a replacement is available.
A make-up class is provided when the school or teacher cancels. The branch will discuss a replacement time. If no workable replacement can be agreed, raise the matter with the school through the contact below; this policy does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law.
The school considers course or branch transfers and pauses flexibly on request, depending on student needs and branch availability. Agree the arrangement before relying on a change. Any change to the timetable or treatment of paid fees must be confirmed by the school.
The school’s current policy is that paid fees are not refundable. This is subject to any refund or other remedy required by applicable law; the policy cannot override those rights.
If you need to stop or change classes, discuss your circumstances with the school. An adjustment or credit may be considered individually, but no standard credit, deduction or entitlement has been promised.
If you believe a payment was duplicated, sent in error, charged incorrectly, or the agreed service has not been provided, contact the school with the payment reference and details. Do not treat the no-refund statement as a substitute for reporting a payment error or service complaint.
There is no auto-renewal. The school handles reminders, fee collection and class arrangements manually. If you do not want to continue, tell the branch before agreeing and paying for a further period.

For a change or complaint, include the learner’s name, branch, course, relevant class dates and requested outcome. For a payment issue, include the amount, payment date and UPI reference if applicable. Keep the school’s WhatsApp payment confirmation for your records.
Sending a request does not confirm a refund, credit, pause or replacement time. The school will need to review the circumstances and confirm the arrangement.
